1Agreement to Terms

By engaging our plumbing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all services provided by our licensed plumbing professionals, including but not limited to repairs, installations, maintenance, and emergency services.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2Services Provided

Our licensed plumbing professionals provide a comprehensive range of services including:

  • Emergency plumbing repairs and leak detection
  • Pipe installation, repair, and replacement
  • Drain cleaning and sewer line services
  • Water heater installation and maintenance
  • Fixture installation and repairs
  • Preventive maintenance and inspections

All work is performed by licensed professionals in accordance with local building codes and industry standards.

3Scheduling and Appointments

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and the nature of the plumbing issue. Emergency services are available 24/7 for urgent situations such as burst pipes, major leaks, or complete loss of water service.

We require at least 2 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged a service call fee.

4Pricing and Payment

All pricing is provided as estimates and may vary based on the actual scope of work required. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

5Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about plumbing issues and ensuring safe access to work areas. This includes clearing pathways, providing adequate lighting, and ensuring pets are secured.

Customers must disclose any known hazards, previous repairs, or modifications to plumbing systems that may affect our work or safety.

6Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding your property and personal information. The Information collected is used solely for service delivery, billing, and communication purposes.

We do not share customer information with third parties except as required by law or for payment processing and service delivery.

7Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any concerns promptly and professionally. If you have any issues with our services, please contact us immediately so we can address the matter.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be handled through binding arbitration in accordance with local laws and regulations.
